As a REEF Project Manager, Matt Teague oversees construction operations, estimating, and coordination between the pre-construction and construction phases of each project. Matt also manages construction and production schedules, provides budget oversight for all projects, and manages customer interaction throughout the construction process

Matt has over 10 years engineering, construction and development management experience of which the last 5 years has been on Cape Cod. He was born in Honolulu, HI, but grew up on the Cape from an early age. Matt’s professional career includes service as an Officer with the US Army’s 52nd Engineer Battalion at Ft. Carson, Colorado, Project Engineer with William A. Berry & Son in Danvers, MA, and Lead Project Manager for McShane Associates in Osterville, MA prior to joining REEF in July of 2007.

Matthew has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from United States Military Academy, West Point, NY.He is also a licensed Construction Supervisor and Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts.

Matt is married with three children and currently resides in Barnstable. His interests include time with his family, boating and fishing.
