As REEF’s Construction Manager, Dennis Milan skillfully oversees and supervises the overall construction process for each and every REEF home or remodeling project which entails house plan, site plan and specification review insuring each home is delivered on time and completed to each customer’s satisfaction.
With over 36 years of experience in all phases of building, Dennis has established himself as a fully qualified Carpenter, Remodeler, and Supervisor. He has taken various college level construction related courses and worked for 13 years as a self-employed Builder/Remodeler.
Dennis holds multiple licenses including the Mass Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement license. He has personally supervised the construction of over 1,000 new homes and remodeling projects.
Dennis prides himself on his keen ability to problem solve and his passion for building top quality homes for our customers.
He and his wife Roberta have two sons, one daughter-in-law, and two grand-daughters who also live on Cape Cod.
