As Marketing and Customer Service Specialist for REEF, Kerry Arnett is responsible for consistently and clearly communicating with customers, through print, web, email, and other avenues, about how REEF's Design Build Process works and how we can effectively help our customers obtain their ultimate dream home on Cape Cod.
Kerry's primary focus is to insure that REEF's Customer Experience Program is consistently achieving its goal of providing the highest level of customer satisfaction for each and every customer, from concept to completion of their project.
Most of Kerry's professional career has been spent in Boston, Massachusetts where she has held varying positions including Customer Service / Correspondence Unit Representative for Keyport Life Insurance Company, Human Resources Generalist for Price Waterhouse Coopers, Human Resources Specialist and Assistant Manager of Corporate Communications for Sappi Fine Paper, and Senior Account Executive at Clarke & Company Public Relations Agency. After 10 years in Boston, Kerry moved to Cape Cod in 2002 where she worked for over a year as an independent Marketing Communications Consultant prior to joining REEF in 2004.
Kerry graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a a BS degree in Psychology and from Northeastern University with an MS degree in Human Resources Counseling.
Kerry most enjoys spending her spare time in the outdoors hiking, golfing, bird watching, and quahoging with her yellow lab, Riley. She also has a passion for writing and helping to preserve and protect our endangered wildlife.
