As REEF's Pre-Construction Project Manager Jim, along with the team, leads REEF homowners through the planning stages, including architectural and site plan development and the creation of custom specifications. Along with our vendor partners, he guides our homeowners through the finish selection process. Jim is also responsible for the permitting process with the local towns and governing bodies. Throughout construction Jim remains as your liaison answering questions and providing guidance.
With over 12 years of experience in Architectural Design and Construction of residential homes, Jim has established himself as a fully qualified Project Manager. His experience, accompanied with his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design, from Syracuse University, along with his time spent in the College of Design and Construction at Wentworth Institute of Technology, provides him with the knowledge to effectively guide our clients through the building process with ease.
Jim holds multiple licenses including the Mass Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement license. He has personally designed and managed the pre-construction of over 300 new homes and remodeling projects.
Jim and his wife Lynda have two young daughters who enjoy spending time at the beach chasing seagulls and digging for hermit crabs.
