As the full charge Bookkeeper at REEF, Toni is responsible for maintaining all of REEF’s financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing and payroll.
Toni’s accounts receivable duties include setting up contract phase invoicing, cost plus billings, and handling all daily banking processes. She is responsible for overseeing the detailed coding and entering of all accounts payable invoices which keep the costing of our projects up to date and accurate. Toni also prepares the weekly in-house payroll and is responsible for all quarterly tax reports and insurance audits.
Toni attended the University of Hartford with a major in Business. While there she was a cheerleader and Assistant Editor of the university’s yearbook. She was selected to be a member of Phi Mu Sigma, an honorary sorority, for her academic achievements and was an active member of Phi Sigma Chi, a social sorority.
After joining the work force on a full time basis, Toni was employed for over ten years as the Assistant Bookkeeper at Orlando Annulli & Sons, Inc, a large commercial construction company in Connecticut. After Toni relocated to Cape Cod she worked for several builders before joining REEF in 1995. Toni has over twenty-five years of construction accounting experience and her forte is working with numbers and organizational skills.
Toni and her husband John are active members of West Dennis Yacht Club and enjoy boating, fishing and spending time with their two daughters and three grandchildren.
