As the Production Manager for REEF, Jo-Ann Ferris (best known to us as “Jo”), is responsible for providing all necessary final plans and building specifications to our subcontractors and coordinating their work schedules for each phase of home construction. Jo keeps all projects consistently moving forward and is dedicated to insuring our customers’ homes are delivered on time and when possible, ahead of schedule without compromising quality.
Jo-Ann earned her BS in Textile Research from the University of Rhode Island. She joined the REEF team in September 2000 after working for several years at Colonial Gas where she held various positions including Scheduling and Dispatch Supervisor.
Jo-Ann is actively involved in the Cape Cod Community. Her involvement includes Boy Scouts of America and Friends of Nickerson State Park. She is also a member of an all female cappella chorus.
Jo and her husband Li have one grown son who lives on Cape Cod.
