We are capable of purchasing your land quickly without the worry of bank financing which puts money in your pocket faster.

JOINT VENTURE OPPORTUNITIES
We have worked with land owners to enhance the value of their property by designing, engineering, and permitting a house specifically for that particular location and market. In our experience we have found that buyers most often identify better with a finished product as opposed to being led up to a wooded lot and asking them to visualize what might be. This maximizes the owner’s chances to sell his/her land.

EQUITY PARTICIPATION
We will fund the construction of a home on the land owner’s property. There are many ways we can creatively help the land owner looking to sell either a single lot or acreage suitable for development.
