	JOINT VENTURE OPPORTUNITIES We have worked with land owners to enhance the value of their property by designing, engineering, and permitting a house specifically for that particular location and market. In our experience we have found that buyers most often identify better with a finished product as opposed to being led up to a wooded lot and asking them to visualize what might be. This maximizes the owner’s chances to sell his/her land.

EQUITY PARTICIPATION We will fund the construction of a home on the land owner’s property.
